Root2Go is a global platform for tracking freight across ocean, road, and air. RaceLine led the UX redesign, working from a blank slate to improve clarity, simplify workflows, and align the product with business goals.
The goal for this project was to rethink the Root2Go platform from the ground up—improving usability, clarifying information, and aligning the experience with real-world freight workflows. Milestones were set around building clearer visibility for shipments, streamlining navigation, and creating intuitive, data-driven UI elements that help users act with confidence. Each phase was guided by feedback loops and rapid iteration with the product and development teams.
